How do Menards Rebates work?

1. Buy product advertised
2. A rebate slip with number will print at the end of your receipt
3. Match this # with a rebate form at the Service Desk
4. Photocopy Rebate slip for your records
5. Fill out form and send with Rebate Slip
6. If sending in more then one rebate you may put it all in one envelope - just address it to one of the rebate addresses they'll figure it out!
7. You'll get a "postcard" a few weeks later with your rebate on it
8. This can be used at Menards like cash, you don't have to use it all at once!

Menards - It's Back Get Famous Dave's Sauce for .88 after Rebate!
