Walgreens - Warning on Smart Rinse RR!

Warning! I used a $1.00/1 coupon from the 4/11 RP and it was causing the RR not to print out! No coupon = RR Use a Coupon = No RR!

I had this problem last night. But I used a coupon and got the RR. My sister went right after me, did the same exact transaction, used the same coupon, and didn't get the RR. Argh! The manager forced one to print for her.
