Wal-Mart Stores will begin offering free delivery of purchases made through its Web site to Chicago FedEx offices in a move to reach urban consumers.
The "FedEx Site-to-Store service has already been rolled out in Boston and Los Angelos and is expanding to Chicago beginning this week!
Under the program, shoppers can order products from Walmart.com and have them shipped free to a local FedEx office for pick up. Wal-Mart already offers free shipping of online orders to its stores.
Reportedly 40 FedEx sites are participating in Chicago with a few in the suburbs!
