Did you click on Subscribe & Save first? That will take off 15% and Shipping...the promo code will take off $2 and something!
So make sure you clicked on Subscribe & Save on right hand side of page.
I pulled it up and got it for 19 something i am not seeing the subscribe and save click box thingie though
