I wanted to say as someone who moved back to the Chicagoland area, I absolutely love your blog. You mention deals I haven't found elsewhere.
Also, I'm not sure if you posted this before but Brookfield Zoo is free Tuesdays and Thursdays of each week from October 1 - December 31. You do have to pay the $9 for parking but it's still a good deal, and it's a lot cooler and less crowded during Fall.
A belated Thank You Zannid! I do my best to find deals that aren't posted on every other blog! I dig a little deeper and look a little further and post what I think are great deals or think that others might find useful!
