This program is not new...but it was new to me so I'm posting in case it might be new to you also!

Here’s how it works:

1. Select eligible titles that you own on DVD,
2. Print out the form and affix proof tabs from the back of the DVDs to it.
3. Mail in the form and you will receive $8 Blu-Ray coupons (for the selected titles) via email.
