You should know that the BOGO from the 8/8 SS has been attaching itself to both items for many, making it impossible to use the $1.00/1 in conjunction as it is sending up an error message "too many coupons".
Some cashiers will push it through others not so much, remember they may accept coupons at their own discretion, so be polite!
It seems to be going through just fine for some, just may depend on the "numbering on the coupon".

This happened to me today. The cashier was friendly enough to push through as I explained I was using the coupons correctly :) Hope other are as successful! What a great deal!!
