As many of you know I have arthritis and have had since I was born, to say it makes life challenging would be the understatement of the century! See the picture above? It's very misleading. When people think of Arthritis they think of elderly people who have wear and tear issues with their joints!
The truth is it is an auto-immune disease and can strike at any age!
