4. Look on that rebate receipt for your rebate # 
5. You should see near or on the front of the CS Desk a rebate form that matches the number on your receipt. Grab it, bring it home and follow the directions to submit
6. You should get your rebate in 4-6 weeks
7. Your rebate comes in the form of a check that can be used for purhases at Menards
